MyPOS Retail
MyPOS Retail is software for payment System record that substitutes an electronic transfer of funds for cash, checks, or drafts in the purchase of retail goods and services. In MyPOS Retail, sales and payment information are collected electronically, including the dollar amount of the sale, the date and place of the transaction of item, category, amount of item and the consumer's account number. If the transaction is done on a bank credit or debit card, the payment information is passed on to the financial institution or payment processor, and the sales data is forwarded to the retailer's management information system for updating of sales records also called SIMAK Accounting. Much of the actual processing volume is for cash and credit card sales.
MyPos use Windows Platform and using Indonesia Language module; it was ease to used, safety and complete module for cashier. Design for Mini Markets, Super Markets, Factory Outlet, Grocery Shop Etc. MyPos can instantly used with 2 hours training and it’s had ready keyboard interface with used and unused mouse you can continued sold. It’s had 3 themes for cashier skin. MyPos can used stand alone and multi user in 1 System/LAN. Beside that there had locked bill number for each cashier/terminal so it can’t be collated soled data. MyPos used client server data base and locations for data base can’t opened in user pc. MyPos used 3 data base as Microsoft Access, Sql, and My Sql data base. You can choose which one you like for your Software Cashier. There is 5 bill sold interface or you can design it. Its easy hardware setting likes Cash Drawer, Printer Bill and Customer Display.Just check list or input data location, bill number, prices discount etc for setting.MyPos have many module and facilities there is:Setting/Edit/Canceled/Print Bill,8 way payments (Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Voucher, Compliment, Officer Check and Split Payment)Closing day reports for each cashier and cash balancing,Master Stock Management,Stock barcode, Label Print or barcode for display,Discount for Bill and Item(Percent or Nominal,Beginning Cash In and Cash Out Record in each cashier,Bill Canceled with Supervisor password,Prices setting for item and items group,Marketing promotions module (Discounts, Buy 2 get 1 ),Received and Delivered item in cashier,Bill Layout, Bill Number can made with user or chooses,User Level Security for special functions can’t done with cashier ( Clear Job Descriptions just checklist or chose),Item Amount, Customer, Transactions Unlimited,Free update if connected to internet.
